Who Are Sana Well

The Energy Behind SANA

A connection sparked over a decade ago, amidst the hustle of entrepreneurial life and motherhood.

SANA: True wellness starts from within

SANA was born from a simple yet powerful belief: true wellness starts from within. It’s not just about what we eat, but how we nourish ourselves—physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

For co-founders Michelle deVos and Paula Hannagan, this journey has been deeply personal.

Like so many of us, Michelle spent years juggling the demands of work, family and life, often putting herself last. Pushing through exhaustion, ignoring the whispers of her own body—until she couldn’t anymore. That turning point led her to explore gut health, nutrition and a passion for the kind of nourishment that goes beyond food - self-care, mindfulness and fostering a connection with nature.

With a background in occupational therapy, life coaching and, more recently, health and nutrition coaching, Paula has always been fascinated by how the body works. Passionate about seeking out the root cause of any illness or ailment, she has an in-built desire to better understand the mechanics for optimal health, and what it truly means to thrive. A lifelong learner, Paula has spent over two decades as an entrepreneur, purposefully exploring and uncovering the small, everyday habits that make the biggest difference in how we feel.

SANA is the natural blending of passion and purpose—a space where nutrition meets mindfulness, pairing gut-nourishing blends with simple, grounding rituals.

At its heart, SANA is about more than just products—it’s about discovering and prioritising self-care and creating wellness habits that stick. Because learning to nourish ourselves isn’t a quick fix; it’s a lifelong journey.
