Shipping policy

Once you have completed your order, please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed.

Your order will then be shipped with our courier partner Australia Post.

At this time, SANA does not offer Express Shipping.

Australia Post's parcel delivery policy involves delivery between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for weekend or extended hours during peak periods, and parcels not delivered by 5pm are prioritised for the next day.

To calculate the estimated time for your delivery, please check the Standard Australia Post Domestic Delivery Estimator on page 2. All orders will be shipped from the Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia.

Delivery Procedures

Safe Place to Leave: If there's a safe place to leave the parcel, it will be left there.

Unsafe to Leave: If a safe place isn't available, the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office.

Security and Safety: For security and safety reasons, posties are not allowed to leave parcels around the side or back of the property, or inside garages – they can only leave them out the front.

Collection Notification: Generally, your parcel will be held at the Post Office for 10 business days. After five days, you may receive a reminder card or collection notification.

Collection on the Same Day: You cannot collect your parcel on the same day that you receive a "Sorry We Missed You" card.

At this time, SANA does not offer international shipping.
