SANA Subscriptions

Our subscription service has been developed to make your health rituals easier to maintain, while rewarding your commitment.

When you subscribe to a SANA product, you’ll receive:

• 10% off all subscription orders.
• A free welcome gift as our thank-you for joining.
• Flexible order management: skip, pause, reschedule, or swap products anytime
• Other exclusive benefits including milestone gifts and loyalty rewards.

Your subscription will renew automatically on your selected frequency (default monthly), and your payment method will be charged on each billing day.

Free Gift Terms

Your welcome gift is complimentary with your subscription. These high value gifts are reserved for our subscription customers only.

Should you choose to cancel your subscription prior to your second order, you will be charged the full retail value of the gift.

Manage Your Subscription

Your subscription is managed through Recharge, our trusted third-party platform. Within your customer account, you can:

• Pause or skip upcoming orders.
• Swap to a different product.
• Reschedule your billing or delivery date.
• Change your delivery frequency.
• Cancel your subscription at any time.

Billing and Order Notifications

Your card will be charged on the same calendar day as your first order (your "Billing Day").

You’ll be notified by email 3 days before your next order is processed.

You can edit your product selection, swap items or update order frequency at any time before the billing date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

If you cancel prior to completing six payments, you will be charged the retail value of the free gift received at sign-up.

Legal and Compliance Notes

SANA subscriptions are managed through Recharge, a secure third-party platform.

By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel or manage your subscription at any through your Customer Portal.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, your statutory rights are not affected. You are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or differ significantly from the description.
