Mindful Eating
Before you eat or drink, pause. Set distractions aside and take a few slow, intentional breaths. As you chew or sip - notice the taste, texture, and how your body responds, and say to yourself:
“I nourish myself with presence.”
Time in Nature
Spend at least 20 minutes outdoors - walk in the park, sit under a tree, or simply relax in the garden. As you immerse yourself in your surroundings, say to yourself:
“I feel calm and at peace.”
Connection
Engage in meaningful connection - a conversation, a shared meal, or simply being present with someone you care about. As you connect, think to yourself:
“I feel connected to myself and others.”
You Don’t Need to Do It All
Start with one ritual that feels right for you.
Let it become familiar. Layer others gently, as life allows. Consistency comes from ease, not effort.
