Find a quiet place, close your eyes and focus on your breath for 10 minutes. With nothing to do and nowhere to be - allow your body and mind to arrive at stillness, saying to yourself:
“I allow my body and mind to soften.”

Begin winding down around two hours before bed - dim the lights and step away from screens, preparing your body for rest. As you begin to unwind, say to yourself:
“I give myself permission to rest.”
Start with one ritual that feels right for you.
Let it become familiar. Layer others gently, as life allows. Consistency comes from ease, not effort.
